I wear all the hats behind Liftin With Kristin. I didn’t grow up just “working out” — I grew up as an athlete. From collegiate soccer to now training for strength, longevity, and overall health, movement has always been a huge part of my life.
But like a lot of people, I’ve also gone through phases of overtraining, under-fueling, and chasing results the wrong way. I thought more cardio, less food, and constantly trying to be smaller would get me where I wanted to be.
Instead, I felt burned out, frustrated, and stuck.
Everything changed when I shifted my focus to strength training, proper nutrition, recovery, and body recomposition. I stopped chasing 'smaller' and started focusing on becoming stronger, healthier, and more capable.
That experience shaped how I coach today.
I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and my goal is simple: help people build strength, improve how they move, and create results they can maintain long-term.
Whether your goal is building muscle, losing body fat, reducing aches and pains, improving confidence, keeping up with your kids, feeling athletic again, or simply having more energy throughout the day, coaching should support your life, NOT compete with it.
