You’ll receive personalized macro targets, ongoing support, and resources to empower you in reaching your goals with confidence and freedom in your food choices.

    • One-on-One and Small Group Training: I offer in-person training at Rising Tide Gym in Hampstead, NC, or at my or your home gym, as well as hybrid options with both in-person and online programming support.

    • Online Programming: This is for clients who prefer virtual support, with 2-5 workout days planned each week, and I’ll provide ongoing check-ins and adjustments.

    • Nutrition Coaching: My macro-based coaching is fully online, making it accessible and flexible.

  • I offer in-person training at several convenient locations!

    You can train at my home gym, your home gym, or another preferred area, dependent on accessibility and equipment. I also train at Rising Tide in Hampstead!

    Generally, I service the Wilmington and Hampstead areas, but if you’re outside these locations, feel free to reach out! I can assess your distance and determine if it’s a fit for training sessions based on my discretion.

  • Training Sessions Cancellation and No-Show Policies:

    Cancellation Policy:

    • Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel a training session.

    • Late Cancellations: If a client cancels less than 24 hours before the session, a charge of 50% of the session fee will apply.

    No-Show Policy:

    • No Prior Notice: If a client misses their session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

    • Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule missed sessions with the required cancellation notice, allowing flexibility in their training schedule.

    Weekly Check-Ins for Nutrition or Other Services Cancellation and No-Show Policies:

    • Notice Required: Clients are encouraged to notify me at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel a scheduled weekly check-in.

    • Flexibility: Since these sessions are not additional paid services, I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling requests without penalties.

    • No Charge for No-Shows: If a client misses a scheduled check-in without prior notice, there will be no charge; however, it's essential to communicate to ensure we can maintain progress.
