1. Introduction
Welcome to Liftin with Kristin! This page outlines the Terms and Conditions that govern your experience with my services. By engaging with my offerings, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided
I provide personalized training, nutrition coaching, and programming tailored to your fitness journey. The services include:

  • Small Group Training.

  • One-on-One Training

  • Nutrition Coaching

  • Programming

All clients must complete a free consultation before purchasing any service.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely through Squarespace via credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Clients may also use Apple Pay or PayPal where available.

  • Subscription and Bundles: Clients can opt for single purchases or bundles, including 3 or 6-month subscriptions for nutrition and programming.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  1. Training Sessions Cancellation and No-Show Policies:

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Notice Required: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel a training session.

    • Late Cancellations: If a client cancels less than 24 hours before the session, a charge of 50% of the session fee will apply.

    No-Show Policy:

    • No Prior Notice: If a client misses their session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

    • Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule missed sessions with the required cancellation notice, allowing flexibility in their training schedule.

    2. Weekly Check-Ins for Nutrition or Other Services Cancellation and No-Show Policies:

    Cancellation Policy:

    • Notice Required: Clients are encouraged to notify me at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel a scheduled weekly check-in.

    • Flexibility: Since these sessions are not additional paid services, I will do my best to accommodate rescheduling requests without penalties.

    No-Show Policy:

    • No Charge for No-Shows: If a client misses a scheduled check-in without prior notice, there will be no charge; however, it's essential to communicate to ensure we can maintain progress.

    • Rescheduling: Clients can easily reschedule missed check-ins, and I encourage them to reach out to find a new time that works.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied after your first session, please let me know within 7 days for a full refund. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I want to ensure you have the best experience possible.

6. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be provided under the conditions specified in the satisfaction guarantee.

7. Liability Waiver
All clients must sign a liability waiver before participating in any services. You can view and sign the liability waiver here. Please be aware that fitness activities may involve risks. Clients are responsible for informing me of any injuries or health conditions. I cannot be held liable for any injuries resulting from undisclosed conditions.

8. Confidentiality
Your personal information will be kept confidential. I will not share your details without your explicit consent.

9. Communication

10. Macros and Nutrition
Nutrition coaching focuses on balanced eating and understanding macros to support your fitness goals. Clients are encouraged to discuss dietary preferences, restrictions, and any relevant health concerns during consultations.

11. Consultations
All clients must complete a free consultation prior to purchasing any service. This ensures that we discuss your goals, assess your needs, and determine the best approach for your fitness journey.

12. Referral Program Terms

  • Eligibility: The Referral Program is available to current clients of Liftin with Kristin (LWK) who refer a new client to LWK’s services.

  • Referral Rewards:

    • Local clients: Referrer will receive 50% off their next month of any monthly service or a free one-on-one or small group training session.

    • Online clients: Referrer will receive 50% off their next month of either programming or nutrition coaching.

    • Referred clients: New clients will receive 20% off their first month of training or nutrition coaching.

  • Referral Process:

    • To receive a referral reward, the referred person must mention the referrer’s name at the time of signing up for a consultation or service.

    • Referral rewards will only be granted once the referred client has completed their sign-up and payment process.

  • Referral Limits: Only one referrer will receive credit for each new client. If multiple clients refer the same individual, credit will be awarded to the first client who submits the referral.

  • Reward Redemption:

    • Referral rewards are valid for use on the next month of service after the referred client has completed their sign-up.

    • Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Changes or Cancellations: Liftin with Kristin reserves the right to modify or cancel the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

13. Access to Services
Clients must create an account to purchase services. This ensures a streamlined process and allows me to better manage your training and nutrition programs.

14. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
I reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pender County, North Carolina.
